Aim of Rudraksh Sanjeevani

AIM OF THIS ARTICLE

Rudraksh has been in the limelight since a decade now and much has been written about its effects . Indians basically look towards the bead as a holy seed which can attract the blessings of Lord Shiva and help them in their lives.

Though Rudraksha has been worn by the devout Indian public for thousands of years there is a dearth of people who can actually explain why a certain Rudraksha should be worn for a certain malady. What is it in the Rudraksha that triggers a change in the life of a person? Is placebo effect at work or, does the Rudraksha actually have the power to change circumstances?

There are various theories available in the spiritual market but none of them explains the why and how of the effects of Rudraksha.

In the article, I have attempted to stick to the Vedic and Puranic references for explaining the effects. There after I have tried to explain through the concept of Yoga how certain Rudrakshas and their combinations can help ease certain problems.

Rudraksha is a catalyst in the transformation of an individual. It does to some extent support and facilitate progress in the desired field but it their effects can be enhanced through changes in life style. I have myself experienced such changes and have advised many people about the same.

Rudraksha therapy is an excellent support for main course medicine acting on the physical and subtle bodies of a person and brings about a desirable change in the individuals life. However, it has its own limitations and should not be substituted for medical treatment. As a word of caution, I would advise that the practice of Pranayama and the various bandhas prescribed should be learnt from experienced Yoga teachers.
